“I didn’t Get Anything Done Today, Per Usual”

I hate that feeling. When you get to the end of the day, and you had so much to do on your list and got nothing done. It’s frustrating and you feel like you failed at getting nothing acomplished

Mom, I am here to tell on those days, you feel like that… you DID accomplish a lot of things. You kept those little humans alive, and that’s no small feat. You also played the role of a personal chauffeur, getting everyone to their destinations!

But even more importantly, You, sweet mama, are making an eternal difference through your stewardship of the children entrusted to you. No matter how seemingly small, every action you take on their behalf fulfills God’s great commission to spread the Gospel. You are raising those babies to serve our Father. So when you feel like you need to accomplish more, think again.

Reading a book to your child, pausing to address an argument, or even simply listening to your spouse – all of these things are going therefore and preaching the Gospel. You are doing Kingdom work. Remember that, and take comfort in knowing you are right where you need to be. Let me know if this encouraged you today.

Cheering you on, Elene
