What does Heart for KC actually mean? HFKC is a faith-mission. It’s simple, we are called to love others as ourselves, regardless of their situation… We want to encourage our community to have a Heart for our city, and its people. A portion of the proceeds from this HFKC shirt will go to charities in the KC area.
